NICOLE SCALABRINO

My design passion ignited when I flipped my very first home in Atlanta's Buckhead area back in 2000. This experience sparked a love for transforming spaces. After relocating to Charlotte, NC, I obtained my real estate license and became an assistant to a top-producing realtor. There, my talent for staging and preparing listings for sale blossomed. While excelling in that role, I also embarked on a personal design journey, purchasing and renovating seven additional homes. In most cases, I acted as the homeowner-general contractor, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

With years of renovation, design, and real estate expertise under my belt, it was only natural to turn my passion into a business. In 2018, I did just that! Today, my team of contractors and I create functional, timeless, and innovative design solutions for Charlotte homeowners. My zone of genius lies in crafting out-of-the-box solutions, transforming your home into a space even better than you envisioned!
